Gold 88 and rising vocalist MOYA team up on this empowering, Soulful Tech House smasher ‘Supa’.
House duo Gold 88 consists of members Danny Morelli and Max Auton; they had their first taste of success in 2019 when their debut release on Subsoul’s Paper Music, ‘Hold Me Tight’, which featured on ITV’s Love Island and supported on radio stations across Europe such as Kiss, Cool FM, RTE, Radio 105, ElectricRadioUK, Juice FM, M-1, and Q Music. The duo was then signed to Sony Music’s B1 Recordings and Ministry of Sound, where they saw their two releases on the label in 2020, ‘DiscoTek’, an underground club roots track and ‘Keep You Closer’ a more Electro Pop route featuring singer Ola. Both tracks picked up Worldwide A list support and plays from Solomon, Diplo, Skrillex, Claptone, Tiesto, Gorgon City, Pete Tong, Don Diablo, David Guetta, Benny Benassi and TCTS. Their latest tracks with New State Music (‘Push It’ and ‘Higher’) were hravily supported on KISS via Majestic and Billy Da Kid, and on Select Radio.
MOYA is an international broadway singer and actress and was recently seen starring as Effie White in DreamGirls on the West End and Broadway. She won Lead Actress in a Musical for the role, as well as a 2010 NAACP Theatre Award Winner for Lead Actress. In 2016, Moya was also a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent with videos bringing in millions of views. With a huge love of House and Dance music, ‘Laser Beams’ on Spinnin’ was one of her first forays into the Dance market and cemented her place as one to watch.

Gold 88: “SUPA came to us in midst of the pandemic, we were feeling restricted trying to reach chart levels and felt like we were going against ourselves. So we decided to let loose, create from the heart and soul with the topline MOYA sent us, and bam! We have SUPA! It’s still our favorite song and it brings memories of light during hard times. Hopefully people feel the energy through the song and it can help people in similar vibration we were in.”
