Rose's moveset is right fucked, it's missing a move.
Says there he's supposed to have a move called sudden death beam, but it's literally just a second instant transmission.
Surprising no one, Bamco fucked up again.

I know i'm not doing anything wrong either because i've looked up moveset videos and they all have the same thing happening, so either literally no one knows how it's supposed to work, or it is actually broken
