After exactly 6 months ago playing in theaters on December 1st. Godzilla Minus One is now officially streaming worldwide on Netflix as of june 1st., this is everywhere except Japan and France. You can also buy the digital copy for ($14.99) or rent it for ($5.99) digital copies, either in color (Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play) or black and white (Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play).


Those who choose to watch the movie on Netflix can have it subtitled and dubbed in Japanese, English, and more languages in North America.
