This is Hikawa Motoharu's theme, distorted beyond oblivion.
name "Jewel of the Sky-Ruling Dragon God ~ Quintessential Fragments (World's End MIX)"
from Touhou Fan-Made "Glory of Deep Skies".

Can't name title "GoDS Hikawa's Theme" because title is too long.
You can hear this in game via music room and press Z on Hikawa's theme five times.

Why do I feel like they switched World's End MIX with Death Garden MIX ?
Cuz I don't know about you but I don't feel "World's End" from this, rather, I very much feel "Death Garden" from this.
Look there's even bird chirping in the background.
The whole thing gives jungle-y vibe.
"Distorted beyond oblivion" fits the description of quote unquote "Death Garden MIX" that only has piano more.
