Yes the Godox AD100 flash is bright enough to use outdoors for off camera flash portraits and wedding photography, even with softboxes like the flip 32 quick release softbox which also works with the V1 flash, but the Godox Flashpoint AD100 is brighter than a speedlight. In fact, the Godox AD100 is bright enough to overpower the sun outdoors in bright mid day sun in the super bright sunlight of the desert.
