When Godot was first released it wasn't exactly the belle of the ball. It has come a long way, and in this video we take a look at how the UI has evolved from Godot 1.1 to Godot 4.2. We then briefly compare the UI to the Unity and Unreal game engine. Then to finish things off we look at how to make things even nicer (in my opinion at least) using a custom theme from Passivestar, as well as adding Unreal Engine dock like functionality using the Asset Drawer addon.
