Another tale from the Roy Radin Revue in the 1970s with orchestra leader Tim Fowlar and musician Jack Salley talking to Billy Ingram about life on the road. I'm going to hell for posting this one!

Tim Fowlar, musical conductor, Roy Radin Revue 1973-1978: On the Roy Radin Revue we had everybody from rock and roll acts all the way up to Milton Berle. They were police and fire benefits, we played everything from Symphony hall to Elks lodges, wherever they could put on a show they did.
Producer Roy Radin kept the ticket prices down to three to five dollars per person so it was affordable, that way they brought in two or three thousand people per show. Roy didn't make any money off of the tickets, he made it selling advertising in the programs. He was a very shrewd business man.
