In this honest and frank street conversation, we talk with a Jewish man who shared why he believes God does not take on human form, does not have a body, and why he sees no need for a human Messiah. These convictions represent a common Jewish understanding that stands in sharp contrast to the belief that Jesus is the promised Jewish Messiah foretold throughout the Hebrew Scriptures.
Rather than getting angry or loud, we explored these differences together, asking questions, listening carefully, and sharing why we believe the Hebrew prophets point to Yeshua (Jesus) as Israel’s Messiah.
We don’t measure conversations like this by whether someone changes their mind right then and there. We believe open and honest dialogue matters. Because meaningful conversation has the potential to challenge assumptions, encourage deeper study, and plant seeds that God can use in His perfect timing.
