During Kratos' journey through Valhalla's challenges, he meets with Helios again and they make their way to the incinerator.
Once they reach the incinerator, Kratos doesn't put Helios' head in it like he did last time, and instead locks himself inside, being burned which triggers a phase in reality to a large arena, Týr waiting for him.
Týr was the one who had sent the invitation into Valhalla to Kratos as a way for Kratos to revisit certain memories of his past to help him in becoming a better version of himself.
