In Chapter 21 during the 2nd half, there's a room surrounded by fire (as seen here)
After defeating the Satyrs, placing the Shadow Kratos on the platform where the elevator would rise the Stone Talos (element of fire) would drop down to the center and fight Kratos

Problem is the Talos never showed up, leaving me scrambling trying to get the Talos to come out

Don't know if this also a glitch but you can also grab health after the Satyr fight. In some runs I can grab it, other times I can't. WtF...
