Hephaestos tells Kratos how he lost his 'daughter' Pandora. After Kratos reveals that he is going to seek her in the labyrinth, Hephaestos offers him a new weapon. All this turns to be out to be some form of trick, a lame trick. Kratos is pissedoff (yes, even more) and kills the Smith God.
Kind of tragic, Hephaestos had lost his daughter and would do everything to get her back -just like Kratos.
