Safer, and more straight forward ways of skipping the 1st and 3rd cores inside Colossus for a VH, NG speedrun.
The previous versions involved landing backwards into the blue flames, so that Kratos' backwards damage boost-animation would knock you past them. However, the number of times you can hit these flames on Very Hard is limited, or else you die.
These versions get you past the flames without touching them at all.
