God Medicine: Fantasy Sekai no Tanjou (translated to God Medicine: The Birth of the Fantasy World) is a Game Boy JRPG released on July 20th of 1993 by Konami. The plot revolves around three schoolkids stumbling across characters from a JRPG that was canceled due to the headquarters of the company that made it being destroyed by a freak lightning storm. The villain kills the original three heroes, and it is now up to the three kids to take up the mantle of the three legendary heroes. They must save not only the game world, but also the real world, no pressure. The game got a Super Game Boy enhanced remake on March 26th of 1998 under the title God Medicine: Fukkouban (translated to God Medicine: Reissue Version); which was released by Konami Computer Entertainment Nagoya (KCEN for short) which was Konami's short-lived Nagoya subdivision. It includes a bestiary, new dungeons and expanded ending. This version is the one that got an English fan-translation from Aeon Genesis. The track order for this video is for the Fukkouban version. It also includes alternate and unused songs, including the ending for the original 1993 release. The soundtrack was composed by Yuko Kurahashi and Minako Matsuhira.
