Salutations! Thank you for clicking on today’s video where we are part of a collaboration celebrating Thanksgiving. I chose to you create a sugar cream pie or also known as Hosier pie For this gobble gobble Collaboration. Please let us know what your favorite pie is? Recipe-
Crust of choice.
8tbsp butter
2 1/4 heavy whipping cream
3/4 sugar
4 tbsp corn starch
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cinnamon sugar
(Extra) 1/8 tsp cinnamon & 1/4 tsp clove
Preheat stove to 325, combine melted 4 tbsp butter with cream over md/high heat, Mix corn starch and sugar then add mixture to butter and milk and mix, keep mixing, don’t stop till linguine firms and filling is thick. Pour mixture into pie shell. Melt remaining 4 tbsp butter and pour over pie, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix and bake at 325 for 25 minutes then broil for 1-2 minutes and cool at room temperature, when cool place in fridge for at least 1 hour and then enjoy a Indiana classic pie!
