For more than half a century, people in Racine sent their garbage to one place and piled it high.

Today, those mountains of trash are buried, capped and covered in grass. It almost looks like a scene from "The Sound of Music" minus the yodelling, but there's one problem: Who cuts all that grass?

The answer is somebody hungry.
