"I didn't wanna say it that directly in the stream, but I am now 100% certain that JW were intentionally created as a bad strawman of Christianity seen from a Gnostic perspective.

Because why would they deny a spiritual realm? Denying the soul and having people resurrect on Earth in their buried and decayed and rotting and old and dead physical bodies rather than some spiritual realm, not only makes no sense but runs completely against Christianity and pretty much all mainstream religions. It only makes sense if they are intentionally trying to recreate the teachings of the Gnostic "demiurge". Because as I said, Gnostics see the physical world as a prison created by Jehovah. So of course they have to have him deny any and all spiritual planes to even his followers because their perspective is that true salvation in a truly spiritual realm is only possible through Gnosticiam and by breaking out of Jehovah's prison of the physical world."
