extraktLAB now has wiped-film evaporation equipment, molecular distillation starts with a touchscreen control panel. clearSTILL is a two-stage, single-cycle wiped film distillation machine: the first stage degasses and the second distills. clearSTILL is the best solution to avoid bottlenecks and lower labor costs.
The clearSTILL wiped film evaporation equipment takes molecular distillation to a whole new level. It produces a clean pure CBD distillate that is light in color and crystal clear without the hassle of vacuum pump maintenance. The distillation process accomplishes two passes all within one contained cycle without the need for messy transfers.
To begin, the input and output containers, equipment, and operator is scanned with the built in bar code scanner. This data is important for the batch record. Winterized CBD or CBG oil is then introduced into the supply vessel. The supply vessel is outfitted with an ultrasonic sensor so that the vacuum distillation unit will be able to monitor usage and alert the user when the reservoir gets low.
The distillation method is then started from the touchscreen control panel. The hemp oil passes through the first stage for flash evaporation of terpenes and volatile organic solvents such as ethanol left over from ethanol extraction. Then, the distillate continuously moves into the second stage, for the cannabinoid pass where CBD and CBG potency is increased. Both stages are accomplished within one cycle which equates to 4-6 litres per hour.
Fabricated from certified stainless steel, the system incorporates automated methods, traceability reporting, and calibrated sensors for the highest level of data integrity. Notice the engineering of this machine. It’s the highest engineered machine on the market. All the plumbing is jacketed and heated to eliminate problems associated with clogging, that is often the case with typical wiped film distillation machines. All in all, it’s really the best quality, best value, and highest performing distillation machines for the pharmaceutical, botanical, and hemp processing industries.
