Story: Jonathan, a normal guy, is heading to Chicago one day but his plans get ruined when a driver on his cellphone has a head on collision with Jonathan car. He awakens 2 weeks later only to find his friend, Mark, dead. Not only that, but he also finds two other people dead on the road. Jonathan ends up searching a farm house for help but only finds the house empty. So what will he do now....?
