Made more progress on the camera. It now follows the car's height and pitch more loosely so as to not create jarring camera movements during bumps. Additionally, I've made a menu to easily change settings to fit your preferences.

Gran Turismo 6 has been known to be working alright, but only for versions under 1.05. Past that, black screens would occur during gameplay. However, by enabling Read/Write Color and Depth buffers, you can actually fix the graphics with interesting results. PC Specs and RPCS3 settings below.
