- This is raw video of a presentation by Bee SAFE at the NORD office on Wednesday Jan 16th, explaining to the board why we should follow the example of 10 other BC municipalities that have banned GMO crops.
- As explained in the scientific evidence-based "GMO Myths and Truths" banning GMO crops is NOT going against science or farming. On the contrary, it means protecting our farmland, our farmers and our food security. We will be asking that all farmers who currently grow GMO and wish to stop, be helped through a transition period.
