In 2016, the legendary "sound man" GLYN JOHNS was interviewed by director JOHN EDGINTON about the phenomenal JOE COCKER and his 1970 musical journey across America - the infamous 'MAD DOGS AND ENGLISHMEN' tour with band leader LEON RUSSELL.
The tour was filmed and recorded but the sound was deemed unusable. Glyn was bought in to rescue the venture by JERRY MOSS, the co-founder of A&M Records, who funded the 1970 tour .
The interview was for the documentary JOE COCKER: MAD DOG WITH SOUL.
