Watch out, these cookies are so good that you will totally want to grab another one. A lot of my friends are gluten-free or have egg allergies, so this is the perfect cookie for just that, not to mention its incredibly healthy using all natural ingredients. I love to bake with my toddler Elle and she helps me try these yummy cookies.:)
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup oats
9-10 strawberries
Directions:
Blend the strawberries in a blender till smooth.
In a bowl add the strawberry puree, oats, and banana.
Smash the banana really well and incorporate all the ingredients together.
Place a dollop of the cookie on a greased cookie sheet or in a cupcake liner.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Eat after they are cooled or wrap them tightly and place in freezer.
You can pull these out right before you pick up your kiddo from school or a snack on the go.
