I never thought I'd have a baking/cooking recipe on my channel, lol! But I was asked to share it. The recipe is super easy:

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar (or a sugar substitute equivalent to one cup)
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix the three ingredients together
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a teaspoon, drop rounded scoops onto the parchment paper and flatten with a fork.
Bake 10 - 13 minutes, until center is set
Cool on a wire rack.
The original recipe claims it makes 32 cookies - we made 13 and I thought they were normal sized cookies, but make yours whatever size you want, lol.
