This video, by The Cooper Institute, shows how to utilize a circle band for a glute bridge exercise.

Preparation: Place the circle band above the knee. Position the body in a supine position on the floor with hips and knees bent about 45 degrees placed shoulder width apart. Do not allow the knees to roll inward, keeping tension on the band. The hands can be placed at the side for stability. Activate core and place the hips in a neutral position.

Movement: Press through the feet to lift the hips off the floor to a position in which there is a straight line from the knees to the shoulders, keeping the knees beside each other. Return to the start position.

Tips: Throughout the exercise, the pelvis should maintain a neutral position with core activation. As proficiency of the exercise progresses, change placement of the arms of the position with the palms up, arms out to the side, or arms across the chest to increase the difficulty.
