"GLP-1 users are lazy losers."
"It's a shortcut."
"It's cheating."
I've heard it all.
After losing 85 lbs, I wanted to respond to some of the comments I receive almost every day.
Yes, I use Mounjaro (GLP-1). But the injection doesn't:
Show up at the gym 4 days a week.
Track my calories.
Make healthy food choices.
Lift 113kg on the pec fly.
Stay consistent for over a year.
GLP-1 helped me control my appetite. I still had to do the work.
This video isn't about convincing everyone to use GLP-1. It's about sharing my journey and challenging the idea that anyone using these medications is simply "lazy" or "cheating."
Whether you lost weight naturally, through lifestyle changes, surgery, or with medical support—if you've worked hard to improve your health, you deserve respect.
My Current Progress
📉 Starting Weight: 292.6 lbs
📉 Current Weight: 207.8 lbs
🔥 Total Lost: 84.8 lbs (≈85 lbs) 💪 Still training. Still getting stronger. Still not finished.
If you've enjoyed following my journey, don't forget to Like, Subscribe, and leave a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
