In a December 2015 interview with The Globe and Mail’s Ian Brown, Gloria Steinem predicted that Donald Trump would not be elected the U.S. president.

Less than a year later, Trump won the presidency.

Steinem would go on to become a vocal Trump critic and spoke out against him at the Women’s March in 2017.

“The Constitution does not begin with 'I the President,’ it begins with ‘We the people,’” she told demonstrators at the time.

Steinem died on Wednesday at the age of 92. #GloriaSteinem #DonaldTrump
