It is apparently possible to get a few more coins without pressing a that I missed. wouldn't save my A Presses unless it is 5 coins that I missed, which I feel I wouldn't have missed that many naturally, so if it is 5, it would be obtainable by complicated setup and/or strategy xP.
Outdated, we have since paired 100 coins with Big Boo's Tower, as it saves an A Press for that star. You can watch that video here:
