First skip I found for Gloomwood, is pretty neat. Also very simple. You can mantle up to get on top of these cliffs, and if you jump down in the right spot you get behind the shortcut that takes you to the 3rd area. Walking into the trigger from behind lets you go there, skipping the mines (you can return to open the shortcut proper, or continue through to the 3rd area).
