US 63900 CH-AUT- Same as US 63900 CH , but with thread trimmer, pneumatic presser foot lift and pneumatic folder control unit for hemming jeans with chainstitch. Max. stitch length 4,2 mm.
This unique chain stitch bottom hemmer on jeans is a unique new product in our Global line. In 1950 union special started producing the union special 43200G machine which was until now the only machine that could be used for chainstitch bottom hemming on jeans. Our new Global 63900 CH model industrial sewing machine is the first double lock chain stitch sewing machine with a narrow arm that can also be used to sew american style denim jeans. The first reactions of producers of designer jeans were great and we are all happy to have an alternative for the union special 43200G.
