Global Television is officially 50 years old and I whipped up this video as a thank you to this Canadian network for the enjoyable years of cartoons they provided back in the #1980s
After the all-you-can-watch buffet that was #satudaymorningcartoons in the 80s, Global TV continued to show many cartoons in the afternoon until Bugs and Tweety at 5pm. By 6pm, the cartoons were done! Some of the best cartoons were first introduced to Ontario kids on Global. I have such amazing memories of watching those classic cartoons.
So, happy birthday Global 🎂 !! You helped in making my #genx childhood awesome 🤜🏾🤛🏾
