A spectacular ceremony was staged in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, to mark the start of the 2026 World Nomad Games, with leaders from around the world in attendance.

The sixth edition features athletes from 104 countries competing in traditional nomadic sports including horseback archery, wrestling and board games.
