Every second counts after a disaster strikes!
The new version of the Global Disaster Alerts and Coordination System (GDACS) aims to enhance the support to Humanitarian community.
This tool covers alerts for several natural disasters and has new features such as inclusion of forest fires, social media monitoring and satellite mapping of areas in distress and in need of immediate humanitarian intervention.
