The Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) hosted its 2019 annual conference at the Oxford Martin School in February. Delegates from around the world were invited to address issues of building cybersecurity capacity in their respective nations and regions. The conference explored research, policy, and practice for supporting nations to proactively address threats to cybersecurity while protecting freedom of expression, privacy, and other human rights.
