Welcome back to day 2 of my mini series all about glitter. Today's focus is a bright electro smokey eye!! And I do realize that my eyes are slight different shades of purple because I ended up changing the 2nd eye (the one shown in this tutorial) to more of a pink purple. Hope you don't mind and enjoy the tutorial! ^_^
