Free 11 second time saves AND this heavily reduced needed rng to go fast. Instead of needing a 6 cap to go fast (31.8%) we now only need a 5 cap (66.9%). Fun fact this is actually an old idea that r0bd0g had, he couldn't put it into the hurricane route he made due to needing air raid a ton.
