Hey there! You voted for Glenn Rhee in the latest poll, so here we are. Just like my Rick Grimes Tribute || The Leader and Daryl Dixon Tribute || The Archer, this video uses an instrumental soundtrack that is backed up by important quotes from and to Glenn. I was hesitating between a happy song to show Glenn's humane side and a dark song to showcase Glenn's demons. As you can tell I chose the latter. Let me know what you think of it!
I feel like the title could use some explanation. I chose ‘The Savior’ as a title, because Glenn is one of the few characters in The Walking Dead that was able to forgive and save people, even the very worst. Maggie states that at 0:34. Glenn saves people. Then there is of course a second layer to it. Glenn met his untimely demise at the hands of the leader of the Saviors: Negan. There are quite a few parallels between Glenn and Negan, as you might be able to tell when you watch this video. That being said, Glenn is obviously a far more humane character and generally a better person. I just found it interesting and fun to use a more abstract title here. Thanks a lot for watching!

A tribute to Aragorn II Elessar, son of Arathorn, heir to Isildur. King of Gondor. The Lord of the Rings have always been my favourite movies of all time and it was about time that I made an edit for it. Aragorn and Frodo are my favourite characters, but since Aragorn is a lot easier to edit I chose to do him first. I might do more tributes to Lord of the Rings if this video does oke. The Fellowship of the Ring is my favourite of the three, since it feels most like an adventure. The Two Towers and Return of the King have the epic battles though. In TTT and RotK I was always most interested in what Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli were doing, that trio was always very fun to watch and in my opinion the most entertaining. I’m very curious to hear what you guys find the best movie and which characters you enjoyed watching the most!
The song is ‘Come as you are’. The original is made by ‘Nirvana’, but this cover version is done by ‘Blakwall’. The reason I went for the cover instead of the original is because the cover lends itself more to be edited. The original by Nirvana is without a doubt a masterpiece, but it’s not very easy to edit with.

Phay has asked roughly 30 times if I was going to make another Carol video, so I finally did it. Carol should have a big part in season 9, so now we can prepare for it by watching this weird edit on her. I think it looks pretty good, I have learnt quite a few new tricks actually with this video, that will be very helpful in the future.
As you might have noticed, the video was somewhat similar to another walking dead edit, by walkerswerepeopletoo. I absolutely adore her style in editing, and I hope to be as good as her one day. With this edit I tried to edit similarly, in a respectful way, I kept similar scenes to a bare minimum, I think 3 shots are the same. I am in no way trying to copy her video. I highly recommend you check her channel out, she makes the best edits ever!
