January 7, 2009: Mary Glazier and Dutch Sheets, top leaders in C. Peter Wagner's New Apostolic Reformation, appear at Sarah Palin's central church, the Wasilla Assembly of God, where Palin was blessed, in October 2005, against "every spirit of witchcraft" by Kenyan evangelist Thomas Muthee.

During his sermon, Sheets declared that Mary Glazier "was the lady who brought us into the state [of Alaska]." The New Apostolic Reformation is coalescing from apostolic networks of the Third Wave movement which, according to World Christian Trends AD 30 To AD 2200 had by AD 2000 encompassed 295 million Christians worldwide.
