Glasgow City Council, the largest in Scotland, is facing a 110 million pound financial blackhole and a damming report by a watchdog has identified the city as operating beyond its financial means.
Glaswegians say it's a disgrace, filthy and there are too many homeless people, as the council tries to tackle an historical equal pay dispute, record levels of homelessness and the delivery of basic services.
