Today I take a look at a friend's bottle. This is @NoNonsenseWhisky Vin's bottling from the Glasgow 1770 distillery. A heavily peated whisky matured in Virgin Oak with a finishing period of more than a year in a PX cask. This is a meaty, dirty, smoky, sweet and oh so beautiful dram.
This was released in August 2024 so if you've not bought it back then you're not going to find it but I wanted to do this review as a thank you to Vin, for all he's doing for this community. A great whisky from a great guy. I hope you enjoy the video, cheers!
