Although this ended up being a rant vlog, the ideas/ world building present in dune were definitely ahead of its time. For me, being on booktube is not about joining a fan club. Its about having fun, reading books, finding new favorites, being creative but also equally enjoying conversations when someone has opposing opinions. This vlog was made in total fun. Yes Frank Herbert did make statements on his intent with Dune, however that does not mean that I have to agree with them or enjoy it. Currently have no intention of continuing the dune series but it may be in a certain TBR challenge video potentially in the future! *gasp* *shock* *awe* Also please let it be known I will not protect anyone who decides to get rude in the comments. Lets be friends not enemies ^.^ lol ENJOY!
