The Ultimate Evolutionary Simulation (UES) is the Ultimatrix Program that forces Alien DNA to evolve by processing it through a simulated war zone, until a combat-centric evolutionary change occurs.
This simulation generates numerous variable threats, so you never know exactly how the alien would change.
1) Color Palette Must Change; All Official Ultimates have a different color scheme than their base form.
2) Trade Off; The Ultimate must gain a new ability and lose something in order to get it. (previous power or physical feature)
