Located on the eastern edge of Taiwan, Changbin township is the perfect escape from the hustle of Taipei city. But with a population of over 7,000 and 23 percent above the age of 65, Changbin township is facing a population crisis. In a bid to attract young Taiwanese to stay in Changbin, the town had a recent makeover.
