Pollution, biodiversity loss, and climate change can feel like daunting problems to solve. But if we all chip in, even with small actions, we can have a big impact. That’s the spirit behind WWF’s Give an Hour for Earth campaign. Between now and #EarthDay we’re asking people to give one hour of their time to help our planet. From picking up trash to volunteering at wildlife rehab centers, there are lots of ways to get involved.

Tune into this episode of Nature Breaking to hear from @mayahiga about why she finds hope in small actions, and her top 3 suggestions for actions that people can take this month.
