There's a lot to learn, and one of the places you can do it now is directly in your text editor or IDE. No longer do you need to switch between your browser to Google up StackOverflow examples. Once you have Github Copilot a practical alternative is to create a new file, name it what you want to do and start writing a comment.
Copilot will jump in and start suggesting things. You can almost just tab-accept its auto suggestions all the way through. I'm not saying the code will work, but I am saying it's cool and may create a dependency in your abilities that you don't need, just like Intellisense does... oh, but the world's changing you can't be left out.
I don't know if I'm going to allow these habits to develop or keep working this way. But I am going to start fleshing out this aspirational project and that, so I at least have that most difficult "baby step" started, the step that usually has the most difficult to overcome initial internal resistance.
