Four juniors from Gisborne Fire Brigade are making their mark on the brigade’s strong history of running at the Firefighter State Championships this coming weekend. The team coached by Bruce Harker, a former runner with 45 years’ experience are the first junior team for the brigade who have been competing at champs since the sixties. With a successful year so far, they are looking forward to showcasing their skills at the 2025 CFA/VFBV Firefighting State Championships.
The Championships will be held in Mooroopna over two weekends - 22nd and 23rd of March and the 29th and 30th of March.
