This short video tutorial shows a principle how to create a traffic flows cartogram by using ArcMap software.
This GIS video lesson is divided into following sections:

1. Create a field in Table of attributes that will be responsible for real values of traffic flows (0:08);
2. Select streets or separate parts of it's on the map (0:28);
3. Set a value of traffic flows to selected streets (0:41);
4. Set values that will represents a real traffic flows for drawing it on the map (1:17);
5. Create a buffers that will represents values of real traffic flows (2:07)
6. Make values of real traffic flows visible on the map (or printed paper) (2:56);
7. The final result (3:40).

Technical points of this tutorial are not explained in writing but I hope it there are visible clear in the video.
