The Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan and the Merze Tate Explorers both help girls Explore Possibilities in life. A new patch was created for Explorers who also are Girl Scouts! Explorers who also are Girl Scout will work together to impact more youth; particularly African American girls in urban communities. With the help of the Explorers, Girl Scouts will help recruit and retain girls who can grow through the resources of both organizations and increase the number of Girl Scouts who earn Bronze, Silver, and the Gold awards for community service and leadership.
