Tim is not the sort of person to stick his neck out too often, but he can make an exception when it comes to giraffes!
Someone once said that widescreen at the cinema was really only good for showing funerals and snakes. Not sure I totally agree with that. But Tim's Jacob's Ladder -which is much taller than it is wide is certainly good for showing off a rather handsome looking giraffe!
Two tape measures, cleverly disguised as giraffes.
Small elastic bands in the shape of animals, including giraffes. Yellow of course.
Tim bought an egg from a toyshop with a baby giraffe inside. He didn't realise at the time that you really need to buy two eggs, the other one containing the mother giraffe. Who knew that giraffes came from eggs?
Chaotic motion with three giraffes with springy metal necks, each of which contains a magnet. Make one of them swing too and fro, and gradually the other two will start to move, in a charming but chaotic motion. This toy came from Denmark, about 30 years ago, although Tim thinks it is still being made.
