Attorney in Arizona, David Gingras was arrested 7/6/25 for DUI. This is his 2nd overall that we know of. He is now fighting in the courts. Is he delaying it, so this doesn't affect his possible disbarment from the Arizona State Bar disciplinary actions? If he is disbarred and not for DUI does it make it easier to keep California law license?
