Join me in Charleston, South Carolina as I discuss design plans for my chicken scratch embroidery project - most likely a vintage apron, either following the vintage pattern that I introduced in my first Vlogmas episode, OR one of my own making, OR another vintage pattern that follows more the design that I had in mind.

We tour the historic dungeon and provost in Charleston proper, learn a tiny bit about the rich history of pirating in the 1700s, and wrap it all up with a few more vintage patterns from my collection. This episode wasn't SO heavy on the crafting because I forgot to bring my embroidery hoop, so that kinda put a pause on my embroidery plans, but don't worry, the next episodes will have more knitting, some ACTUAL embroidery, and some crazy quilting!

I don't have the energy to write a whole new description, so here's some of the text from the first episode! In this episode we'll find a suitable --and free-- Christmas stocking pattern for some future Crazy Quilting!

I'll pack up our suitcase, but not before going through all the various crafts I'll be bringing with me on tour, including knitting, future knitting bags and notions, fabric for quilting, some chicken scratch apron supplies, AND of course the inevitable garland and twinkle lights to make each and every hotel on our whirlwind 6 week tour feel like home for the holidays!

Also included: some more sneak peaks of our touring Christmas Circus show (although more will come in future videos, don't worry), and a first look at my favorite vintage patterns!
